Suicide MACC'c Standart Operating Procedure

One more life has been sacrificed at the altar of MACC’s false pride. An institution created to safeguard this country from the clutches of corruption, and to be a beacon of hope in the eradication of corrupt practices, and formulate transparent and holistic approach in their endeavor, has failed miserably and made us a mockery of fair play and good governance. When plank in their eyes of politically powerful are tolerated but dirt in the week and meek are selectively harassed and intimidated

Their moral bankruptcy and decadent modus operandi is fully revealed to the people when MACC embarked on a policy which is similar to a political party; which has earlier failed terribly in the ballot box. They proceeded with extra judicial mutilation of their opponents with their complicity with the ruling regime, to persecute the opposition for trivial sum but tolerate very obvious and serious cases of corruption perpetuated by people like the white haired Emperor of Sarawak, the Javanese dentist of Selangor, the abuse of public funds like EPF, Tabung Haji, Felda, Risda and other cash cows of the BN.

The nation was shocked by the unprecedented death of a young man, lying in the tarmac of Wisma Masallan as a lifeless body. A person who was about to get married the next day. With shattered dreams and body. The Government without an iota of fairness and justice, dilly dallied on the issue, fully supporting the anti graft organization. Now even before the reason for the first death has not been satisfactorily answered, we have this shocker about the Custom officers death.

The whole machinery of the Government was mobilized to counter the negativity of this sad incident as something which is irrelevant and not of importance, accusing the opposition of hijacking the incident for political gain. Pathologist from England was brought to justify the suicide of TBH. You need not be rocket scientist to know that Teoh Beng Hock was interrogated to force defection of Selangor Government lawmakers and overthrow the Pakatan State Government. It’s one of their failed continuous efforts after their taking over Perak State with sinister ways. And now another death during interrogation, a senior Custom officer accused for corruption.

Perkasa the fascist arm of Umno, should come out fervently, now as Malay officer has lost life, make police reports, demonstrate in front of MACC’s office, and ask for the Minister and Director General to resign. They racialized the Teoh Beng Hock issue, now what is their reaction, waiting for instructions from Umno how to go about with their action plan. Or will they pull their tail between their legs, when habitually  they go for great length to justify and sanctify any condemnation of Malay officers, now they will keep quiet, irrespective of a grieving family, who have lost a bread winner. Their intention is not to safeguard the Malays but Umno. Please accept that it is not the ethnicity of the person in question but the lost of innocent lives. Please do not derail this country with your putrid politicking, and act like morons following Umno’s agenda.

The essence of the problem is the Governments lack of moral and political will to solve the fiasco of death in custody, it is because they are trapped in the quagmire which they have founded to appease and pull the Malay voters to their fold, because any action they take against the MACC will be considered by the Malay supremacy organization like Perkasa the fascist organization which is now dictating how the government must run as defeat for Umno. Now they have started the prelude of justification for the latest death in custody; to save the country from corruption. They have started the damage control with their media.

Even with the persistent condemnation by the whole country the Government defended the actions of MACC and still maintained that they were the paragons of truth, expounding their altruistic rhetoric’s. Totally indifferent to the pleading of the people to investigate the incident and bring justice to the grieving family of the deceased. And now when there was widespread dissatisfaction among the people the Government  as a last resort relented and a Royal Commission of Inquiry is in place now.

Just suspending two of their officers from duty are deemed satisfactory for the Anti Corruption agency; by right the Director General of MACC should have resigned taking full responsibility and accountability for this fiasco if he has any sense of honor .PM Najib said yesterday in Sarawak, “We must remember that MACC is doing this to safeguard national funds. Corruption is serious and if we can stop this racket, which has been ongoing for years, then it is the rakyat who will benefit.” But why are you and your party supporting a corrupt and tainted Taib Mahmud who has embezzled billions of Rakyat’s money, which are supposed to be used for the improvement of the living standard of the rakyat. And the MACC is keeping very mum, even under persistent pressure to investigate him. Where do you stand Mr. Prime Minister with your contention that the Rakyat must benefit with all these of selective persecution.

This heinous way the government carries out the persecution of the purported corrupt individuals who goes for investigation and comes out as corpse, must be stopped immediately before more people get killed mysteriously. The Standard Operating Procedure of MACC must be reviewed, as a immediate solution all future investigation and interrogation are to be carried out in single storey offices only, with full CCTV coverage’s, not like the poor amateurish smut video produced by Datuk T, and they still wants to carry out this in high-rise buildings as their venue of the interrogation it must be mandatory of them to provide with parachute vests.
